The incredible transformation to the house in Nicosia Road continues to gather momentum and the results are looking rather impressive.

We have recently completed the roof where the old concrete tiles have been replaced with slate ones for a more traditional finish and also added insulation to the back bedroom.

With the roof complete, we have started the exterior redecoration, which will see us repainting the whole house in a cream colour for a fresh and more sophisticated finish.

The main focus is currently on the rear extension, where we are laying underfloor heating in what will be the the kitchen and adding the membrane on the flat roof at the back. The bi-fold doors and lanterns will be added later in the project.

In the basement, we have installed the plant in the plant room. These are fast becoming one of the most in-demand rooms in a basement conversion as home owners look for more modern conveniences in their home and in this case it houses an 800 litre water tank and pump to boost water pressure around the house.
